I was slightly optimistic that question 1 on the ballot would cover funding for the new &quot;linear park&quot;

That said.  I don&#039;t really want a linear park.  I want a bike path across the river.  Put the old sidewalk back in working order.  Widen it if ya can.  Or not.  I don&#039;t really care.  But putting it back at least the way it was would be at least a good step back to where we were when they closed the bridge.  

I&#039;m not so worried about a step forward like the linear park.  I just hate to see these backward steps...
